Love in Action for the Homeless
Fort Worth, Texas | November 29, 2025
On November 29, 2025, One More to Impact, in partnership with Impact Mission Church, served the homeless community in the Fort Worth area near the Union Gospel Mission of Tarrant County Homeless Shelter through an outreach event titled “Love in Action for the Homeless.” This initiative was designed to meet immediate needs while extending compassion, dignity, and hope to individuals experiencing homelessness.
With generous financial support from Impact Mission Church, community individuals, and the CM CARES, the Church Mutual Insurance Company Foundation, this outreach was made possible. These contributions enabled the distribution of essential resources and strengthened our ability to serve those in need.
During the event, approximately 80 to 100 individuals were served with warm meals, backpacks, and blankets. As cold weather approached, these items provided nourishment, warmth, and practical support, helping to address immediate physical needs while offering comfort and care.
Beyond the distribution of resources, volunteers focused on building meaningful connections through conversation, listening, and encouragement. These interactions reinforced the importance of recognizing the dignity, worth, and humanity of every individual, regardless of circumstance.
Serving near the Union Gospel Mission of Tarrant County Homeless Shelter highlighted the vital role local organizations play in addressing homelessness within the Fort Worth community. The Mission continues to provide shelter, support services, and pathways toward long-term stability for those seeking a fresh start.
“Love in Action for the Homeless” reflects One More to Impact’s commitment to transforming compassion into tangible service. This outreach was not a one-time effort, but part of an ongoing mission to serve our neighbors and strengthen the communities we support.

Because of these partnerships, lives were touched and hope was shared.
We are pleased to announce that the next Love in Action for the Homeless outreach is scheduled for March 21, 2026. We look forward to continuing this mission and invite others to join us in serving the Fort Worth homeless community with purpose and compassion.
